1. The object of the concession is the planning, design, construction, increasing of the number of lanes, financing, maintenance and operation, with toll charge, of the following motorway links:
   • A 32/IC 2 - São João da Madeira (ER 327)/Carvalhos (IP 1) (34,7 km);
   • A 41/IC 24 - Picoto (IC 2)/Nó da Ermida (IC 25) (33,0 km);
   • A 43/IC 29 - Gondomar/Aguiar de Sousa (IC 24) (8,5 km).
2. The object of the concession also integrates for operation and maintenance, without toll charge, the following link:
   • A 41/IC 24 - Espinho (IC 1)/Picoto (IC 2) (5,6 km);
