The Pinhal Interior sub-concession was awarded to Ascendi Pinhal Interior, Estradas do Pinhal Interior SA., In April 2010, through an international public tender. This sub-concession endows the region with a set of new and upgraded road infrastructures, which positively impact the socio-economic development of the region. The main axes of this Sub-concession are the A13, which connects Tomar to Condeixa and the A13-1, which connects Condeixa to A1. The concession contract includes the conception, project, construction, increase in the number of roads, financing, exploration and conservation, for a period of 30 years.

Planning, construction, financing, maintenance and operation, with toll charge, except for local traffic, of the following motorway links:
- A13 – A23 / A13 – Condeixa, 76,0 km
- A13.1 – IC2 – Condeixa, 9,4 km
