APCAP has always guided its conduct in pursuit of excellency regarding the safeguard and confidentiality of its members and visitors data, in compliance with the legal provisions required by the National Data Protection Commission – CNPD.

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), approved with No. 679/2016 by the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union, on April 27, 2016, which was applied throughout Europe from May 25, 2018, APCAP introduced in it’s management system the additional requirements that it incorporates, namely, the elaboration of an Internal Regulation related to Data Protection.

This document can be modified at any time. If the change is substantial and has implications in the way APCAP uses someone’s personal data, it will be informed in a way that it can be immediately viewed, through a notice on the website’s home page.

Contact forms

The collected data, obtained by the contact form, is kept on the website for no longer than 30 days. It will not be used for any other purpose, nor disclosed to third parties.
