Lusoponte is the concessionaire of the two road crossings over the Tagus River in Lisbon, Vasco da Gama bridge and 25 de Abril bridge, until 24 March 2030.
Object of the Concession
The concession agreement includes the following activities:
- Planning and design, construction, financing, toll operation and maintenance of the second Tagus River Bridge in Lisbon
- Operation of the 25 de Abril Bridge
- Planning and design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of any new road crossing over the Tejo, south of the current bridge in Vila Franca de Xira, on a similar concession or under any new terms as may be agreed
